Returns

You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting the day you received the product.

In case you want to return the product, we ask you to use the Withdrawal Form as specified by the Stichting Webshop Keurmerk (see the General Terms and Conditions, of which the Model Form is part). Click here for the form.

You have 14 days from the time of sending a return notice, by means of the Model Form, to return the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. You will have to pay the costs of returning the order. We will credit the amount within 14 days.

The entrepreneur reimburses all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product (in case the entire order is returned), as soon as possible but in any case within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the cancellation. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait to pay the consumer back until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has sent back the product, whichever is earlier.
The entrepreneur uses the same payment method the consumer used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The reimbursement is free of charge for the consumer.
Should the consumer have opted for a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery, the entrepreneur does not have to reimburse the additional costs for the more expensive method.
