At Hard Motos, the default is payment at time of order. Through Mollie Payments, you can pay in advance with Ideal (for customers of Dutch banks) or by Credit Card (all the usual cards, from any location). 

If you reside within the Netherlands, you do not have the obligation to pay in advance, but if you have agreed to prepayment by clicking on the “Order with payment obligation” button, you cannot assert any rights regarding the execution of the relevant order, before the stipulated advance payment has been made.

Customers from outside the Netherlands always have to pay for their orders in advance. Customers residing in the Netherlands can also pay afterwards. Should you choose to pay afterwards, this will be handled by Klarna for Hard Motos. The amounts you owe must be paid within 14 days after concluding the agreement.

You are required to report any errors in the supplied or referred to payment details, to Hard Motos without delay.
After you have been informed by Hard Motos of late payment, and Hard Motos has granted you a period of 14 days to still meet your payment obligations, if payment has not been received within this 14-day period, you are liable for the statutory interest on the amount still owed. In this case, Hard Motos is entitled to charge the interest plus any extrajudicial collection costs incurred by Hard Motos. These collection costs amount to a maximum of: 15% on outstanding amounts up to €2,500; 10% over the following €2,500 and 5% over the following €5,000, with a minimum of €40.
