Our staff in the complaints department will review the complaintand try to resolve the complaint to everyone’s satisfaction.
Upon receipt of your complaint we will send you a confirmation. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt. Should it require more time, we will let you know. In case you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk, which we are affiliated with.
As of February 15, 2016, for consumers in the EU it is also possible to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at (http://ec.europa.eu/odr). If the complaint is not yet being reviewed elsewhere, you are free to file the complaint via the European Union platform.
